How does it work?

Well, besides the non-obligatory tags listed above, there's 2 main rules:
I want to specify that this post was not made in spite of the requests posts and rather it was made as a compliment for both the artists and the people who want art of their designs, giving them a more compact space to come back and have a more fluid experience, as well as to avoid making any "compromise" with users.
Given that this is not an official NG "event" there's no prizes, deadlines or pressure of any kind. If people are interested in the topic it will stay alive, if not, then it will die. Although, on that note, I'll personally try to keep it alive by participating myself once in a while. At the end of the day I've always loved drawing for others!

Age: Can't rememeber, but seems to be around Maggie's age.
Syris died sometime in the 11th century at a young age. He works as a Reaper for the Bureau of Afterlife Affairs. Believing that Maggie's zombie state is somehow his fault, he fears that will cost him his job. He sneaks off to the living world to figure this out before his superiors notice.

rouge is character for my webcomic i recently finished a character design for her <3 i wouldnt mind seeing fan art of her. it can be nsfw or sfw idc. as for character information, she newly learning magic and isnt very good at it yet at all. when she does uses magic the yellow patterns on her cloak glows.
as for her habbits and personality, she is abit shy at first but over time will warm up towards people. she puts her hood on as a way of comfort and to give her self confidence in somthing.
example 1: she meets someone new, and starts to feel nervous, she puts on the hood to comfort her self
example 2: she doesnt feel confident in her magical abilities so when ever she practice she puts on the hood, making her feel more comfortable in her abilities, kinda like me with music and skateboarding.

Backstory
Thunderbolt was a stray for most of his early life, learning to fend for himself on the streets. One fateful night, a violent thunderstorm led to an accident where he was nearly struck by lightning. Instead of harming him, the lightning awakened his dormant powers—a rare genetic anomaly that allowed him to manipulate electricity.
After an incident where he lost control of his abilities, he caught the attention of G.U.N., who sought to capture and weaponize him. Shadow intercepted the operation, seeing potential in the young dog. Though hesitant at first, Thunderbolt slowly came to trust Shadow, who trained him to control his powers. Over time, they developed a bond resembling that of a mentor and apprentice—or even father and son.
Now, Thunderbolt fights alongside Team Dark while trying to discover the full extent of his abilities.
Abilities
• Positive Charge Manipulation – Can store, generate, and redirect electricity for various attacks.
• Lightning Surge – Supercharges his body, increasing speed and reflexes.
• Electric Barrier – Generates an electric shield for defense.
• Storm Summoner – Calls upon storms to amplify his power.
• Magnetic Pull – Uses electromagnetic fields to manipulate metal objects.
