hi again oc plaza. it has been some amount of time... but today i would like to present artichoke to this [DRAW ME] of a forum...

she was made some time before lotus (which i've already shown off here).

since i still haven't properly uploaded her ref to newgrounds, you guys can have the direct link to artie's ref for the time being, which is right here! these ref sheet drawings are decently high resolution and aliased, so it ends up looking kind of funky under newgrounds compression

artie's a dnd character turned more general purpose oc, although she would have been an artificer/artillerist class

her weapon, nicknamed iriecys, is a hybrid between a staff and a rifle, using light as a means of ammo (think what they use in portal 2 to make the hard light bridge)

while she was part of a party, she ended up splitting off of it due to mental strain (and being considered what people call in the industry "Strange") and ended up living in a log cabin that she put together herself - living off of the nature surrounding her...as a result she started having an interest in growing pumpkins. i did draw what her living environment would look like

her favorite month is probably autumn or winter when it isn't a blizzard out or something annoying like that

I intended for this to be a looking up pose, like she's towering over you. I think I wonked the perspective towards the end. Still like how it turned out.
