Given that this is not an official NG "event" there's no prizes, deadlines or pressure of any kind. If people are interested in the topic it will stay alive, if not, then it will die. Although, on that note, I'll personally try to keep it alive by participating myself once in a while. At the end of the day I've always loved drawing for others!

how do yall make OCs... TnT Yall characters are full of life and mine...not a single backstory and features making them dull and boring, the only thing is that they are rendered and pretty, yet still empty inside TnT (skull)

It depends on what you're going for. A lot of ocs are based off of stories the artist is writing, things they're interested in (books, movies, or music), and some started off as self inserts or character creations in games. Try coming up with a back story first and then the design.
