Just finished sketching this desk lamp. Could have done a few things better: The pole should be skinnier and longer, I could have done the base and shade better. Other than that, much much better compared to what I used to do. I've finally got some sense and decided to take advantage of underdrawings to ensure everything lines up properly. Let me show you an older attempt at still life drawing vs my most recent.
That's obviously bad. Very bad.
Faulty, but still significantly better than the first one. I like it.
I drew some concept art for a fucked up gigeresque creature, I'm really proud of this one in particular.

More than anything, I'm proud of myself for actually bothering to shade something that wasn't a shitpost.
Now doing the next and last for the red sections, shiny gyarados. Added in a voltorb for that center bit, no need to draw a circle.
I drew my first sprite using Aseprite. Nothing impressive, but you gotta start somewhere.
