Happy Halloween!!
More painting this time I spent 45 minutes on each.
Notan compositions. This was really hard for my brain to wrap around. The second page is some studies and sketches.
Some notan composition studies from different masters. (Norman Rockwell, JC Leyendecker, and John Singer Sargent.) Some portraits. I definitely need to do more notan studies.
I didn't get as much done as I wanted. Anyways, here are some portraits.
So I'm uploading a bit early since my internet will be off for I don't know for how long. Nothing serious just quite inconvenient. Anyways, here are some gestures and a study of Sparth's work. I need to work on my values some more.
Perspective stuff and painting. I struggle with painting hoops.

I really like the first picture. It has quite a bit of character to it.

Thanks!
Trying to test myself to see if I remember how to draw folds and drapery. Some studies.
Trying to draw a character from different camera angles from imagination and some gestures.
These are some really cool sketches! I would love to see them with more detail!
Do you use anything as reference for the background and the angles?

Thanks! I do use references for backgrounds. I just need some more practice with drawing backgrounds.
