Impossible. I think OsAmARaMa says that he uses Ulead Gif Animator, a free download or something. You might want to check out www.download.com for other things of that nature.
We could do it like you do it in school. There are teachers (=good sigmakers) who are willing to teach the pupil's (=people who want to learn how to make sig's) And there can be final exams who fail's can try again.

You really should think of something, try this, get a couple of pics and put them together, instead of using the same pic over and over..and try to make a matching pair of colours.

dude, only ASMers may vote to choose those who would have the tryouts, and the SSM chooses the final desicion. and btw, maybe there won't be tryouts next month.

yes, but till next tryouts, the ASM will collect many good sig-makers, it'll make it harder to get into the tryouts and even harder to win it. with all due respect, i don't think he has a chance right now. and remember, it's not certain that the tryouts of this month are canceled.
