As far as I am concerned, easily one of the best submissions that has been submitted this year. Wonderfully animated, with superb voice acting and relatable in its well balanced usage of humour and seriousness, crafted by multiple talented people. Basically everything that Newgrounds claims to stand for. Time to show it to the people, Tom.

These cartoon designs of classic horror movie characters and monsters are awesome.

This was made two years ago and yet is incredibly overlooked (i.e. has no awards) despite having amazing animation.
Shame that the author's been inactive ever since that animation, would love to see more from him.
