I doubt it. This is an edit of the 'All your Base' thing that was going around for over 2 decades, just with a FNF Matt skin on top, which involves matching voices and edits over the original pixel art.

This was submitted a month ago, and I thought it was pretty great. Even if it doesn't get front page, I think it at least deserves a few more views/reviews. They pretty much nailed the animation style of those generic advertisements, and even the music that they composed is spot-on.
