On the tricky subject of "remixes" :
If the track is just some chopped, time stretched, Speed up, speed down, filtered, cut, extended, distorted, etc, version of the original, It goes against the rules. That's just sample editing and processing.
Even if a remix sounds like a legit one, there's still a big chance of being someone else work.
It's very common to find audio rips (usually from youtube) of legit remixes published here by someone that is not the original creator. Watch out for those, they are the harder to spot.
Copyrighted audio samples (including triple A games OST, anime openings, etc) are an absolute NO.
