The second one is a bit more awkward. The exact upload is here and what sounds like a longer version of the same mash up here, low view counts but neither matches the username, and it probably originated elsewhere. There's a chance it could belong to Kanikaz.

All that said it's just a mashup of this and another song, so even if this user did make it it's made up of two songs that aren't his, that might be enough for removal anyway.

Ah fair enough. Also I Shazamed it and found it used vocal samples from the song "Treason" by Engage Blue so that wouldn't float on Newgrounds anyway. Oh well, thanks for the response.

Yes, albeit if it is obviously stolen, it is getting removed.

Read above, I've seen a few flags that just say "this needs to be removed" without saying why and after triple checking the content flagged could not see why it needed to be removed.

Which means you need to show proof that it is stolen.
Because simply saying that to remove it without any proof is unreasonable huh.

I'm pretty sure the song was uploaded by the original creator, Whitewoods, that goes by the alias BugYourParents on both YouTube, Soundcloud, and Twitter, and the original uploader of the song Whitewoods - Beachwalk. Did you guys mistake him for uploading a song that didn't seem right because of the different artist names, or was the creator found to be an imposter of Whitewoods? I wasn't able to find the Audio Portal Cleanup post regarding the removal of this song. Any explanation is much appreciated!

Just because it is a low quality remix / cover, does not mean it needs to be removed.

It's not that I have an issue with. It is that it sounds like it used another person's midi and then the "author" added a square synth. Isn't that not allowed?
