Art may be subjective, but is this even allowed on the Audio Portal?
I couldn't find any rules in the Audio Guidelines against uploading silent audio files specifically. Maybe it counts as something the author did not create, since there is no audio, yet there is still an "audio" file being submitted

White noise? Yep there’s a rule against that.
I believe the rule is supposed to stop really loud cases of noise, the ear-grating kind, but here, it’s very difficult to hear. Not exactly damaging ears.
Regardless of the existing rules, what’s stopping me from poasting a similar ‘silent’ track with only a a few blotches of equally faint sounds, or even just pure silence? Would this need a new rule altogether?

This happens in the Art Portal too. People submit "Night" or "Darkness" or "Evening with no Stars"... It's just a black screen. We remove it. No-audio submissions here would be treated the same way.

Turning up the speakers may create white noise that may be interference from your own setup rather than something submitted by the author.

He stole my remix before my account got banned. As proof, I show my project in the video, NOT HIS. In the video, of course, a version specifically for GD, which I made later. But he took and downloaded once a full remix, when I did not replace it with a short remix.

I got banned because of the KOCMOC remixes, but M4Music, who succeeded with the original sample from the Axuis Link remix, somehow avoided the ban, that is, it was unbanned, but I did not use a single sample from the Axuis Link remix, only the original from 2013 year, which is not copyrighted.

Why can M4Music upload and others can't? He used only a sample from the remix and changed it in sound, and the remix is copyrighted.
