The description is written poorly, unfortunately.
The idea from the start has been to create a chain, where each person reviews the previously posted song before posting their own. This system obviously has its own problems but it's what the creators of the thread came up with.
Not sure where FaunSound is getting that you have to review two songs. Usually that only has to happen if someone breaks the chain.
That being said, though, earlier @Psilenth broke the chain so we need a review on this as well:
