Okay here is what I did with it from your comments, I just don't know how to add that glow you were talking about...

In Photoshop, it's layer->blending options->outer glow. I dunno about any other programs.
But yeah, I think this new version is a bit better. I like it. Personally, I'm not going to give it a number or anything, because the rating system is really arbitrary. What's a 10, what's a 1? I don't think it's really fair to place numbers so arbitrarily. Doesn't stop me from posting my own sigs for review, though.

Well here is the final (I think), it looks alot better thanks to your suggestions. Thank you for the guidance, and I totally agree with you on the rating system, it's alot better what you have done by giving your advice instead of just some numbers. Anyways thanks for all the help!
