Hey guys. I haven't really ever listened to metal, and I need some suggestions for good bands.

Anyone got any ideas?

Nah. fuck that noise. I mean, this is when the band was only 6 years old, still young and all junked out, and they are playing a huge venue. Some bands range on venues. Like SYL cant do large ones, they sound shit as hell.
Also, depends on your equipment for the time. The first time I heard megadeth, I could hardly hear anything talked through mics. the second time the sound quality was perfect, and his singing was better than that.

As for SYL, their large venue shows are utter shit. Small clubs and their appearance at Download '06 were the only way I could enjoy live SYL. On another note, I was going to see Motorhead in Edmonton or Calgary. But they're not going now. Megashit is. So I'm just going to stay home and gouge my eyeballs out.

I just bought my dad a a distortion pedal for his Guitar.

Think it has drums, acoustic, and a few industrial like sound effects. I was going to get a Grunge pedal, but it was only one petal and the one I got him has more functions and 2 pedals.

Plus it's cheaper so ya.
