Sweet. Haven't you made something like this for another guy in this club as well? They rock.

Does it already have a name? Soilwork's doesn't.
It only says that it will be a mix of Natural Born Chaos and Figure Number Five, with a slight development :) Sounds awesome
Don't know about the name, I think it's going to be based around the Jesuit tribes of the time of Jesus, or something... They're trying to move away from the old Dr Faustus addiction they had in the first album, and more into serious satanic stuff.

Good you come back once in a while. Well, if you can, check out "just another stat topic" in General, I made it when I hit 10k. You are mentioned.
Yeah, I got Sepultura's "Schizophrenia" :) from 1987
I was thinking of making a video of the Slipknot song "The Blister Exists" and I was working on the script and was wondering what people thought so far...
Here's kinda what I was thinking...kinda...:
It starts of with an old crackly t.v., and you can see skulls or some scary shit in the static, then the music starts and the t.v. explodes. Then it starts off with Mick and Shawn (I think thats all at the beginning except some symbols...) playing in a dark forest with a lot of hung people in the trees with 9 empty nooses hanging above. The song goes on.... and when they start the part with the marching drums, it goes to a dark grave yard with Corey sitting on a grave. The lightning strikes and it shows that he's actually sitting on his own grave. As the snares continue to play, the dead rise from the graves, and the dead in the nooses wiggle free and fall to the ground, and Corey stands up. They all gather in front of Corey, and at the climax of the that part of the song (where they exit the snares and hit the metal again) all of the dead become the audience, put their "devil horns" in the air and rock out while Corey rocks out over them on his grave.
At the end of the song, it transends out with the snares and the band in the blank nooses from the beginning.
I think its a solid video script... what do you think?
P.S: Here is a first draft for Mick Thompson... his hair is supposed to be brown but the Export turned it black, and I had to resize it in paint and that messed up the quality...

This sounds pretty interesting. Just be sure that you actually complete it. You have a very good concept there.

Yeah, resizing always fucks everything. In what size is the flash going to be? 550 x 400?
Either way, with the full quality it doesn't look bad, just don't forget to smooth the edges :)
Listen to Dream Evil - H.M.J now!
Great song with a great theme.
I have the drawing down, now Im working on over aspects, like streaming audio and things like that.
Do you think that it would be apprciated on NG is I made it?

Sure, there are many Slipknot fans here on NG.
Oh and Tsar, nice choice.

*Listens to AFI - Sing The Sorrow*
I was having a debate with a friend earlier about what genre AFI actually are... are they punk, metal, goth, or a combination of the three?
And UPDATE: I like Slipknot's new single. *sobs* Sorry! I have let you all down!
</kidding>
But seriously, I still don't like the majority of their stuff, it's just too much for me.
Slipknot's newest CD is awesome, man. There aren't many CDs I can listen to from beginning to end, but I did it twice in a row. There isn't a bad song.
Hell, I love all of Slipknot!
Well, I think they're nt quite goth, more punk, with hardcore and metal influences. It's a bit of a mixture really... Oldschool version of Avenged Sevenfold if you will. =P
Also, Slipknot have calm quite a bit since 'Iowa' and 'Slipknot'.

You mean Duality? I only heard 5 seconds of it, then my brother switched channel.

Explain too much :)
