Can anyone recommend me some really good Black Metal albums. I'm rather new to the genre, i've always been more of a thrash metal fan.

I know about Dem Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, and I liked it pretty well. I REALLY like Ulver's "Nattens Madrigal - Aatte Hymne Til Ulven I Manden ", AKA the "Wolf Album".

Anything like that would be sweet.

Satyricon's First album. Emperor's In the Moonside Eclipse is also noteworthy. Immortal's Pure Holocaust and At the Heart of Winter has a thrashy feel.

I would also recommend Setherial's Nord... along with Bathory's Under the Sign of the Black Mark and Blood, Fire, Death, and Gorgoroth's Under the Sign of Hell.
