Hey guys I did another short review.
This this it's a review of Iron Maiden's track... Different World

Don't expect a very long review, it's just a short opinion of what I think about the track. But I'd like to get comments or just views :)
Check out my other reviews if you want to, I also did it with and Ulver track last month :)

I was thinking of getting there grunge album, because A good day to die...even if it isn't thrash metal, is fucking great grunge.

Ah, found out it's on Force of Habit but Good Day to Die has no "A" at the start, hence why I somehow couldn't find it on any of their albums before.

Wow, this IS awesome! My expectations for the new album are even higher now.
Indeed, I doubt it'll be anywhere nearly as successful as Rust In Peace...but I hope it'll be just as good!

I think that's expecting far too much but something as good as Countdown to Extinction or even btter is reasonable.

Since I first got in to metal...no, before that. When I thought I was a metal head but wasn't actually a metalhead cause I listened to all poser stuff.

Around 2004, 2005. I liked them at first, but as my taste improved they just seem really mih now.

So I assume you don't actually own Death Magnetic.

I've listened to all the songs on imeem out of curiosity because of all the hype it was getting the first week it came out.

It sucks, cyanide is good though.

Refer to what burnoutfool said.

I didn't mean I was alive back then, I meant that I hated them when they were in the 80's.

True.

You mean they're not sucking yet? :P

In my opinion: There only album that COMPLETELY sucked was Reroute To Remain, other than that all there albums are good or decent in my opinion.

Come Clarify? A breathe of fresh air in my opinion.
A sense Of Purpose? The Chosen Pessimist, also, this album was really melodic and catchy. Also it's not QUITE metalcore yet, but no doubt in my mind that there next album will be.
Soundtrack to your escape? Honestly, this is my favorite In Flames album.

Maybe start out slow with some old school psychadelia. Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, and such. Then she can listen to the more modern stuff.

Seemingly he cannot read.

Though as its a topic for everyone I'll list my top five live bands ever (Metal of course):

1. Dream Theater either 2007/2008.
2. Blind Guardian at Bloodstock.
3. Electric Wizard in May.
4. Opeth in 2006.
5. GWAR in 2007.

In Flames style just doesn't fit this track, but Disturbed really had the kind of sound needed to make a good cover of this track. So... I'm not surprised :P

All right, so, I saw Marduk on the 15th. I would have posted about it earlier, but a 4-day ban prevented that. Their openers were nothing special, but Marduk themselves played pretty much everything I expected, but unfortunately not World Funeral, which I had stuck in my head a few days prior to seeing them. I still have a sore right arm too, since I was right next to the pit.

Also, when I went to see District 9 earlier today (excellent movie, BTW; I can't recommend it highly enough), some black kid who sat two seats away told me that I looked like ZP Theart of DragonForce. I found that strange because I most often hear people compare me to Howard Stern, Slash, MJ or Tim Burton.

Here it goes, the circular motion, now rub it!

The Muffin Man is seated at the table
In the laboratory of the Utility Muffin
Research Kitchen . . .
Reaching for an oversized chrome spoon
He gathers an intimate quantity of dried muffin remnants
And brushing his scapular aside
Proceeds to dump these inside of his shirt. . .
He turns to us and speaks:
"Some people like cupcakes better. I for one
Care less for them!"
Arrogantly twisting the sterile canvas snoot
of a fully charged icing anointment utensil
He pools forth a quarter-ounce green rosette (oh ah yuk yuk.
let's try that again . . .!)
He pools forth a quarter-ounce green rosette
Near the summit of a dense but radiant muffin
of his own design.
Later he says: "Some people . . . some people like cupcakes exclusively,
While I myself say there is naughl nor ought there be
Nothing so exalted on the faceof God's grey earth
As that prince of foods . . . The Muffin!"

Ah right. I've only listened to a bit of newer In Flames and it's nothing spectacular IMO. I've mostly listened to anything up to Clayman and enjoy most of the stuff from that era. That reminds me, I could do with getting Colony or Whoracle soon.

In other news, I obtained Candlemass' Epicus Doomicus Metallicus and W.A.S.P.'s The Headless Children and Inside the Electric Circus today.
