I think the medals for both of these games still work, however their medals are no longer visible on their portal pages:

Also, Blasting Agent has disappeared from the list of games with medals and if you click on its medals in your account it won't connect to the game's portal page.
The "All Achievements" Medal is broken since some of the in-game achievements are glitched. For example, I have the "Played 5 times" achievement but not the "Played 2 Times", "Played 3 Times" or "Played 4 Times" achievements. There are a lot more chievements that are glitched though.
These bugs really need to be fixed there should be someone or a programmed medal game code analyzer that should check for broken medals the moment they arrive into the Flash Portal. That way these incidents can be avoided.
The medal "Gold Medal In Awesomeness" needs its description changed from "Achieve 50m points in a single run" to "Achieve 100m points in a single run". The medal works, as evidenced by the fact that I and a few others have it, it just requires more points than stated. We've tested this extensively and proven that 100m is the benchmark.
I've contacted the game's programmer and he is unresponsive to fixing his code, so changing the description to be accurate seems like the thing to do.

The medals have disappeared from this video. Looks like they were just temporarily misplaced.
What about games that aren't named on the "User's Medals" page? English Pub Pool and Pico's Ludo Vengeance both appear at the top of the page because they are unnamed there.

That was probably caused by the authors leaving a field blank or something when they were making the API entry. There are loads of games with names on the "user's medals" that are different to their actual names. I made a list of them here. The major differences are underlined.
All medals fail to send. They used to, since some people have them, but now they don't; the game doesn't even try to establish a connection to the NG server.

Really? I 'earned' that medal yesterday... Still I think it shouln't be necessary to create an account on a different site, just to get a medal on NG.

If the game is less than a week old, PLEASE PM the author and/or leave a bug report in a review so they get a fair chance to fix it. If the author refuses to fix the bug within a few days of your PM/Review, then report it here.

I think that one used to work, but not anymore. Spamming the resend button doesn't work either...
