This was my entry for last year's "Represent a Country" contest. My country was China.

I got 6th place or something like that.

Comments suggested that it sounded too "western" for a majority of the beginning. What do you think?

The next think I need to know is how do I make music in that fuck!! There's too many BUTTONS!! :S

Now I finished my reviews... And sooner, when I learn how to make some music in that awesome program, you'll review mine songs...

I use FL Studio too. I know there are loads of buttons, knobs, meters and sliders but you'll get used to it. Actually, believe it or not, they say FL Studio is one of the simplest music-making programs :P.

But yeah, if you need any help PM me.

Hey RRC, or fellow RRCers, as I'll probably be calling you guys now, I'll just be posting my points now.
Comes up to a grand total of ... 15 points. Well, guess that's better than nothing, and that probably means I'm officialy in, so that's pretty cool!

Anyways, I use Sibelius to write my songs, wich is really cool and simple for people who are music-litterate and know a bit of musical theory, so I technicaly don't have these kinds of interface problems.

Unfortunately, my composition and music technology classes oblige me to use Digital Performer. It's pretty top notch, thought pretty complicated to use. Just to give you an idea, it takes about a month to understand how to actually RECORD something in it... it's hell, but at least I got mostly the hang on how to put tracks side-by-side...

Anyways, gotta practice for my Jazz trumpet exam next Monday... wish me luck!

We can review what you linked us but do not ask members to roam through other art and review it as well. You can link us three pieces of art and flash a week and three audio a month. On the other hand, if you really want people to review extra art for you, you can advertise it in your sig with links to them.
