I need some help with the 2 secret medals.
I've completed the game 100% (all levels, all characters, all coins) so it seems to be something else.

I used to post all of the new games, but somebody was getting sad and mad about it. However, now that new people are posting them, and I see that somebody no longer cares I may return to my activities.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with posting new games. All I said was that if you notice there are 3 new games there's no need to make 3 posts. I'd love to see some actual medal discussion going on here, instead of 95% of posts being 'new game' posts, that's all. That's just how I feel about it, sorry if it gave you the impression that I am 'sad' and 'mad' about it.

Also I believe the complaints made against you are/were 100% warranted because lets be honest now, you were basically monopolizing this thread with multiple single posts when you could have easily put 3 or 4 games on one post. Remember DoctorS that the amount of posts you have DOES NOT increase the size of your penis. Its just a myth. Also you might want to try hitting those '0' and '1' buttons a little more often.

I asked the author, and he had no walkthrough created.
This walking in circles game is a pretty great game imo. When reading up on it I saw that it's actually a classic. Anyway, I've not finished the game yet but it'd be cool if we could make a walkthrough together.
I'll just create it through different steps I've encountered.
Anyway, first thing you have to do is fill your photo album by finding pictures everywhere. One is obtained by clicking on the pills behind the counter girl multiple times. Another is obtained by getting an envelope from the alien after talking to him a couple of times, delivering it to his 'gf' and talking to him again. One is found by looking at the counter girl from the balcony thing a couple of times. You can put them in the album that's lying next to the drunk. I think it's only there after you get a few photos because it suddenly appeared.
After you get these photos you should go through the back door. It's on the screen where the drunk is sitting. Be persistent in asking her stuff (the alien tells you to be persistent too) and she'll tell you her name. If you come back here at night you can look at the magazine as she'll be sleeping. You can walk around in circles for it to become nighttime.
This is where I was stuck for a long time. After you speak to her (and shift through the magazine?) you can go to the balcony and there will be a 'ghost' on the screen where you can see the counter girl through the roof. It's an invisible button near the top of the screen. If you click it there'll be a ghost falling down.
There's another secret button you need to find now. Go up the mountain and look at the laptop screen (as close up as you can get it to be, so that the laptop screen fills about half of the entire flash window). There's a secret button around the top left of the laptop screen which appears every fifteen seconds I think. After you click on it go read the comic and press the button on the last page of the comic. If you talk to the drunk now he'll tell you about abandoning hope or something.
The last time I played this there was another ghost when you looked above the alien with the eye button but now it's not there anymore; I'm guessing there's a trigger I'm missing?
Anyway, after you did that you should be able to find the third 'cool' girl by clicking either at the bottom of the screen on the screen with the drunk or just under the sky part of the screen where you're looking at the back of the drunk's seat. After you talk to her she'll ask you to find a book or something which is next to the counter girl's feet. If you deliver that to her she'll thank you and you'll get to earn the rest of the photos by talking to the alien and then following up his request, talking to all girls and after that talk to them again to get 6 more photos bringing your total to 10/10. After that I got stuck ]:

Exactly where in the screen, I couldn't find it when the ghost appears in the screen.

About the plant and button puzzle. I get it, that the signs under the plants are somewhat important to solve the puzzle. But even with having seen the walkthrough, I don't understand the puzzle. The solution works, alright, but it doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone to clue me in?

You won't actually see the ghost to click. Only after you click the invisible button a ghost will appear and fall down.

Thanks, in return for helping me to get that far, here's what I found just now.
The counter girl has something at the bottom of her desk, just hover the cursor around the left side and the blue arrow will appear, not sure what the hell it was though, I'm going to try to find out.

Same here, I had to cheat it and lose the satisfaction of knowing how the fuck i solved it.

It took me a few tries to get it to. The hardest part is to get the right button sequence, because they are all the same looking in a straight line. I guess the easiest way is to make a quick chart:

Didn't you notice the weird lines underneath each plant? If you count them you get a number, ranging from 1 to 6:
