There are 4 persons that only appear once and you don't have to search the name for them. Even when they are wrong, just click them and win the game again.

I have also experimented a bit. 50 seconds is the best I got after 2 hours and still no medal.

Since I cannot edit it in my first post today. I have to create another one.
Thanks to the stream of Pulselane I was able to see him getting this medal first try. So I thought I just need to play it again and do it directly without getting a higher time. I was wrong. It took me 30 minutes now again until the fat ass medal finally wanted to move to another state. It was absolutely random for me. I will not investigate this further but somehow it will work. Took me a total of ~2 hours and 30 minutes but you can also get it in 50 secs the first time.
