For the emoticon collab game, you have to click on certain pictures in certain places in order to reveal the easter eggs in order to get the medal.

It basically means that something happens within the game that makes it impossible to continue (except hitting the reset button). In this case I had to reset like 5 times because I got either stuck in the wall of went out of bounds.
