I just completed level 2 of the human campaign, my second level played thus far, and it gave me the medal for completing the elf campaign. That seems ...wrong, somehow.

Yeah that happened to me as well. I didn't play enough to get all the medals, but if you keep playing, more weird medals will pop up.

Yep, shortly afterward I got the one for 3 medals in a single turn ...on my opponent's turn.
Has anyone figured out the turn scoring in that game? I've had epic turns where I collect 25 armor and 30 attack, but because one of my spells filled up I didn't get to use any of it, and I ended up doing 0 damage to my enemy. I'm about ready to quit the game before getting the 11 levels medal, because the scoring makes no goddamn sense and I legitimately don't understand when I'm doing well and when I'm not. The game's not fun, just frustrating.

I beat the game with the orcs, but did not get the orc victory medal.
In the game Ninja the Explorer, how do you get the undefeatable medal? Do you need to explore the entire map and then beat the boss without dying? If so I don't think I will be doing that one :D.

The description of the medal is correct. You need to catch the last nut of a level with your last squirrel available.
For level 1 you have 10 squirrels and 3 nuts. First you make sure to have catched 2 nuts but you leave the third untouched. After that you need to catch the third nut with your last (10th) squirrel.

It just takes a lot of persistence, it took me six hours, today, to get all the medals in the Please Remain Calm game. It's totally worth it when you can get those medals that nobody else can.

Right, persistence and patience is the key. The longest time I have spent for a single medal was 7 month with 1-2 hours every day.

Same here. I'll give him a few days. If he isn't able to fix the issue I'll take those medals down, but I would prefer if he can get them to work.
