Oh, yes. I don't think that one is random either :D. It might be though.
You'll have to have fast fingers for that. The numbers are in order, so as soon as you see the number you can guess where it is. For example, a six will be around the top right and the nine will be around the bottom left. Move your mouse to the place where you think it is, and you'll have plenty of time to click the corresponding button.

Medal fixed. All you need to do to get it is to max out bullet damage and bullet rate.
Still not working for me. I reset my progress and maxed out everything, but still no medal.

You should already have earned them. You just got some bad luck. Or did you log out-in on another tab while playing the game?
