Reading one of the comments on the page, It seems that if you die you start back at the first level. Not sure if you keep your earned stats. So, just a heads up. Gotta keep grinding to keep ahead of the increasing slime stats.

I died and afterwards just continued from where I left off. So don't be too worried. It was around level 7 though, so it might change after level 10 or something.

I already finished the game. Nothing will happen if you die.
I kept the game running in another window while playing another game. Best way to play this game I guess.

Getting coins doesn't give you an advantage or anything. You don't have to play more/harder levels. It doesn't seem to matter which door you pick.

Yup, I just ignored the coins and ran towards the nearest door. Easy game.
Interesting since I had to get 60 coins to find my way to the end by taking the door marked 60. Im guessing it is a glitch then that allowed you to finish so quickly

You don't have to. Are you sure you couldn't make it otherwise?
You'll need to go through two or three doors whether you go through door 5 or 60. Did you go through door 5, completed the levels, then went through door 60 and then completed the game? That may have caused the illusion that only door 60 is the right one.

I had the same problem. Couldn't finish the game with the easy ways. It will just stop in a black screen and nothing happens. Tried it again with collecting every coin, got the same black screen but was able to jump and finish the game.

Is it really just a black screen? At the end, the screen starts shaking and darkens, until it's just black for a while. Then the text 'JUMP' appears on the screen, and you do so to generate the final cutscene/clear the game. As for coins, I couldn't open the doors which required more coins than I had when in that hallway, but apart from that limitation it doesn't seem to matter which doors you chose.

If you mean the way some medals are showing up under the game but not in the profile, that's been an issue for a while. I'll just quote EdyKel's message a few pages back:
Most of the recent medal games are not working properly. Some are, like "Fruit basket" and "No Ammunition". You can always look at other people's profile to see which new games work.
PG is aware of the problem, and he says that it will hopefully be fixed when he implements some new changes to the system in the coming weeks.
Also, medals on the this game don't seem to be working:

If they eventually do work, here's a tip: buy a few fuel power-ups and a few coin magnet power-ups, and then hold down when you jump on a red bird. It'll launch you pretty high (The blue bird won't throw you as high but it's possible with that one as well).
If you get high enough, you can use your fuel of course, you'll get to space where you'll get your score/10 in coins. I did this after playing for like half a minute, imagine the bonuses if you've been bouncing for a few minutes.+
