It's not an exact message, I think it says 'at least 40'? Something like that? The different results are divided up at around 10-20 point differences, though you'll need a perfect score to get the perfect score. :)

I've got the same problems with the medals for "Nemesis", I got almost all of them, they popped-up in-game and are shown under the game as unlocked, but not in my profile.

There was actually a similar bug earlier this year which affected most new games for some (?) users. All the new games I played didn't register medals so I stopped playing medal games for a while in case you'd have to replay the games to gain the medals. Turns out you didn't, though. :) Looking forward to this getting mended!

I think it's a little more than 60 levels. Don't really know, though. It took me roughly about 20 minutes to finish the game....
