Nice guide. The red skull in 4 is arcadeprehacks (don't judge me, google image search :D) and the purple bird in 5 is pinkemu.

No, idea. Like I said, I'm a few away from having all the portal names. - I'm assuming that I have to have all of them to unlock the medal/s. And at this point, and given the thousands of portals out there, I'm not sure when I'll find out if they work or not.
Ski Free or Die Hard's medals do indeed work (though, I had to use IE) if anybody is wondering whether or not to pull the trigger and try it, seeing how many of the new medal games don't seem to be registering for a lot of us.
