You have to be level 20\25 then go to a place called "Port" and get a flyship there to fly over the mountains
south of Sirith. Explore that area and you'll also find Highlands eventually.

Clock Button Masher now has a new secret medal! Good luck on getting it, though. The survivor medal is now worth 50 points. There is no "hold the button" exploit this time, but each press of the button on your keyboard adds 2 seconds of time.

Not much of a challenge... and I never do well at these games. And just to make it clear for anyone who didn't know: you can use all 8 fingers like your typing without a care..
