I finally found it Fooliolo. It is -behind- that giant boss and only obtainable after he appeared.
It's hard to get behind him though. After the cutscene get to the lower circle to the right (the one with the starlet). When the boss comes near to you try to jump to the left to get behind him. It is a difficult jump and needs great timing (for the jump and the movement of the boss). It will take quite a few tries but you will easily see the last starlet after that jump.
After that you just need to get to the end and the boss won't be a problem anymore.
I think I'll try to get 'The Spark' medal. At first I thought "What? No, I definitely won't try that." but after finishing all the other medals I think it's not impossibly hard to do. I just need one lucky attempt.

Actually, sometimes the pages don't always show up in the same order. I've sometimes found one page on the first floor and 3 on the top. Also, on the second floor, are you going into the bathroom? THere is a page in one of the two rooms in there, but it's random.

It's no trouble at all. I had trouble with the game too for a bit until I realized that 90% of the time he doesn't show up in front of you, just behind you, so when you see the "wind" picking up, just keep walking.
