Those were the very last ones I found. Just fall into 2nd pit from the right, in the room with the musical note, and you'll find both items in the room below. Also, once you get all the items you need to go through the door to get the last medal.

Pretty cool game. I am now at 78%. A walkthrough of this game (or a complete map) would be really helpful. Because I think I went everywhere, but there are still 11 secrets missing. (Currently missing: #1, #16, #25, #30, #35, #38, #43, #44, #45, #49 and #5.)

Most of those items you can get after you go through the door. There also a hole in the ceiling you have to explore, in the room with the strawberry and Canadian flag.

You have to go down the pit to the left, then go right, , then it's the first secret block to the left.

I don't know about any guides, but here is what I know:
There are 6 pieces of hearts (you will have 9 hearts in total). 3 of them are inside the dungeon, and the other 3 are outside.
Outside the dungeon:
1- 1st map (the one with your house): Just go to the south and you will find it.
2- 2nd map: You will also find this one in the south (on a bridge).
3- 3rd map: Go through the cave to the left to find this one.
Inside the dungeon:
- You will find 2 pieces of hearts inside 2 locked rooms. I don't remember exactly which rooms but you need 2 keys to open these rooms.
- As for the last heart, it's in a hidden room. This screenshot will help you find it.
