If you approach the second boss, don't fly in the middle of the field. You will land under the boss, and because there are walls next to him you can't break, you will lose at least two credits before you can escape...

But I just remembered, when I took it down in the game, there was no pop up stating that I did so, and it didn't show up in either the medal section of the game, or in my profile. So I think the medal for the moment is broken.

Just a random tip for everyone: Purchase the fuck out of the damage upgrade until you're able to destroy the rock. You'll get the medals fairly easily.

If you like your mouse, here's a pro tip: you can just hold down the buttons when you're assigning soldiers to your army instead of mashing your mouse 150+ times when you want to swap out your army.

Not a hard game once you understand that you can upgrade your units and special abilities with earned points - Points for beating levels and earning achievements. You can get to the upgrade section from the main menu, by placing your mouse over the right tunnel and clicking on it. I mention this because it didn't seem very apparent from the tutorials. You can also reset your points, by clicking on an arrow like symbol, next to the image upgrade button. This helps if your wanting to increase certain units, over others, for particular levels, or just want to earn more achievements by using particular units.
So far, I've beaten most of the levels with maxed out spiders. They're cheap to produce and they add poison damage to hero units that last until they are defeated. I also got the speedplayer medal using nothing but them on the "Underfoot" level.
