Same here, still couldn't get past level 13.
Would like a few pointer on how to beat this even though it's still random. Also it still doesn't solve the off screen fall.

I'm not positive on how to get this, but I think you just click the mail icon in the main menu.
Btw, feedback means: The return of information about the result of a process or activity; an evaluative response. "Ask the students for feedback on the new curriculum."

What weapons do you use in the last level of Rock N Load? I'm sure I can beat the second level with some practice, but the third level without getting hit seems kind of impossible...

Level 13 sucks. Not only do you get the bunker dudes just like level 12, but the guy at the back on the stack is prime grounds for the off-screen invulnerability glitch that someone (Idiot-Finder?) mentioned. I opted to focus attention on the guys on the floor or bust, while the guys on top are collateral damage.
Levels 14 is lots of fun, and level 15 is cakewalk: it only takes 1 shot and you're given 2.

Spam your click button, and spam it even before you can see all the voters. Spam it very rapidly, and click more towards the places where a few red arrows are.
Try it a few times, and hopefully you will get it. There's a glich that says you have already passed about 30 votes when you haven't even started yet. I think it has something to do with your previous score, but I'm not sure. It happens to me too though. I even started with 90 once.
I'm also not sure whether or not it influenes your final score. I got my score of 21 with a starting number of 9.
