Walkthrough:
Simple game. Go into the ship, all the way to the screen with t book. Open the book, and note the order of symbols, top to down, left to right. Go to the next room and input the symbols in the correct order, then press the green lighted button to open the doors.
Go out. Go left. Get the apple and use the knife on it to reveal the teeth. Go right. Keep going right tell you find a strange demon that want's candy. Give the teeth to it and it will give you a part to the ship. Go back into the ship and all the way to the back of it. Place the ship part in the center of the board. Leave ship.
Go left. Search the swamp and you will find the second part for the ship. Go back to the ship and place it to the right of the 1st part. Don't leave the ship just yet,. Go to the very last screen, that now slowly flashes green, and wait. You will notice two clamp coming down. Place the knife between them. Leave the ship and you see a new character. Give the hammer to it and it will give you the last part for the ship.
Go back into the ship and place it to the right of the center of the 1st piece. Go back 2 screens and you will see that the ship's monitor is on. Talk to it, and then leave the ship. Congratulations. You beat the game.

That's all I had to do. Some people had to break his jaw, but I didn't have to.
That's odd. I was scouring the forum for this game, and I finally found it, and I tested it myself. I absolutely had to break off the zombie's jaw - I did everything but that with no effect.
I need help in Lab of the Dead, I need to get the "Try all the food items" do I need to let my zombie eat the food? or do I simply have to click the food item and let him do his reaction?

It doesn't matter what reaction the food gives, as long as you tried it. You won't get the final food item until the very last of the game, when you nearly finished it. It's called human meat.

I got one last night that's worth 0 points, that deals with opening that little door in the room before the dragon breathing fire at you (where you get the spear, helmet, and shield). In it, there's a ladder and you fall to your death and it gives you a medal.

I also saw that Nijsse has one that deals with putting the talismans in the wrong place at the end of the game (the place after you give the gold coin to the reaper on the raft and there's a big skull that opens).
Other than that, I've no idea. Heck, I still haven't gotten the eternal flame cheat code.
Hmm, seems like most of the medals are concerned with a certain death. I have 10 zero pointers yet, but I'm also missing the last two secrets.

I have recorded a time of 1:05:59 on Cherry Mountain in Super Drift 3D. Here's the video. It's not really a guide, but it's a start. It doesn't have sound either.

IMO, the secret level doesn't get easier by any appreciable amount if you take the acid walking boots, so you'd mind as well go the whole mile.
Can anyone tell me how to beat the two enemies at the start of level 7 in Discount Mayonnaise please? No weapon seems to work, an by defeating all the other enemies the medal doesn't send.

The rocket launcher can kill the two enemeis at the start of level 7. You might have to jump a lot like an idiot to do it, but the point is it works.
Cactus medal is the same thing as the skeleton medal: buy the pieces of armor that make you look as such.
