Seems like me and at least one other person found a glitch in the game. If this glitch gets fixed, there might be an impossible level or two. Just a heads-up =P

Am I the only one who cannot achieve medals in Gap Monsters!? I tell you, I should have gotten at least 3 medals by now. I even click the share button and the medal did pop-up. All the medals I have achieved have pop-up in game, but are not sending to my profile. I see everyone else getting medals, wtf?

Have you tried the resend medals button?

If it's what I think it is, that's a glitch you guys are exploiting. It's going to get fixed soon, I'm sorry to say, so you'd mind as well get on with it before you have to find another level to do this in.

I got it in a different level, not "Inch by Inch".

Yeah, it's exactly what you think it is. Apologies for any inconvienience, and for exploiting it. But to be completely honest, I didn't even know it was a glitch (thought it was part of the game) until reading your post.

Ugo was the only one I PM'd about it, so if anybody asks, I won't PM anybody else in reguards to it.

Glitches are fair game as far as I'm concerned. Yeah, it's not as manly as doing it the way the author intended it, and for all we know it could actually be intentional.

For example, in N64's Perfect Dark, there was one cheat where you had to finish a certain mission in 1:40 to unlock it. There's a vault you have to open which takes a full 1:00 on a timer. In addition, you had to deactivate laser grids so you can sneak an RC spy camera into a meeting room, deal with two rooms full of stealthed guards (who drop key cards iirc), and gtfo. 40 seconds to do the rest of the mission, really? It takes that long just to even RUN through the level.

Turns out what you have to do is start the vault timer, then use the RC spy camera to watch the conversation going on in the meeting room. Sit back, eat popcorn, and watch the long cinematic, complete with blaring sirens and noises xD Turns out that the cinematic does NOT count towards your mission time, but the vault timer keeps running throughout. So in terms of mission time, you opened the vault door in less than a second. Even with this trick though, it's still pretty hard to finish in 1:40.

I got the medal twice, somehow, and neither of them were on Inch By Inch. Just lucky, I guess.

Cool. I did 'Big' in 7 moves. I'm interested to know where else you guys could get the 'What' medal. (except the 'inch by inch' glitch of course)

I was originally going to do it in Big, as I just had a feeling that it could be done under 8, but I eventually gave up on that level and got it in "Got Your Back".

It feels great to finally have both of the 100pt medals in Icy Cave of Frustration. Like most of the harder medal games, planning is everything. On another note, WonderTheHedgehog and I have reason to believe there's something wrong with the 25pt 'Bounce, Bounce, Smash!' medal. We both have met the requirement in different levels and with a different timing. So either the description isn't accurate, or the medal is just broken. As far as I know, Dimono is the only one who has the medal, and he earned it just a few days after the game was released. The game was definitely updated afterwards..

I only have a serious issue with one of the games you listed. As for Bio Assault, DiMono would look guilty there too. Here's his post.

I've noticed this a long time ago, and to me, this isn't enough evidence for a solid accusation.

When that game was first released, there was a bug where if you pressed "Continue" without a saved game, you would load up a fully complete game and all of the medals would send. Check my medals, I too have that medal first.

I have not been here as long as others have, but I have been here long enough, and I have no reason to believe that Nijsse has done anything wrong. For a lot of us, we have medals that are not always in order, simply because the game api system was glitchy for a medal at the time, or our computers lost communication with the NG servers, or some other reason. I can't tell you how often it happens, especially for new games, or how frustrating it is. Don't jump to quick conclusion that people are cheating based on a few out of place medals on their profile. Usually, it's for hard to get medals, or medals that few, if any, have obtained by legal methods.

I have been paying attention to medals even less long than some of the other people here, I'm sure. I too also have a few medals that are in questionable order, most notably the Bunny Invasion: Easter game. (If you're really wondering, I think I played the game before the medals were implemented.)

There's apparently many levels you can do this on. The easiest one would be the Inch by Inch level (for now), but the rest would involve abusing the physics and being really fast at dragging. See GapWorld level 70218 to see a sample of what it would take to achieve the medal in question. (I also beat it myself.)

I personally got it on the level Summer Day.

Big can be done totally legit.

Three little pigs and summer day... somewhat legit with a single quick push.

In Big, take the big white piece at the bottom, move it up and to the right. Move the white piece at the bottom left, up one and to the right all the way. See the black piece that just formed left of the two 1x2 black pieces? Move it to the right top guy. Drag him over so he falls. Drag the black box to the left one and do the same. Push the white box at the bottom right up. 7 moves needed out of 8. No quick pushes or glitches needed.

In 3LP, move the right top 'n' up one, right one. Move the bottom left 'n' right two, up two, right two. Move the bottom monster quickly up and deposit it on the top left box, then dragging the white box directly over the now bottom monster. Drag that monster straight up, then drag the last one straight up. 5 moves out of 6.

Summer day, move the bottom white box up 2, left 3. Drag the other white box up 2, left 4. The right bottom monster, next to the dead one, drag the black box to the left push the dead one and deposit him in box, push the left one into his box, go under the other dead one and deposit at the bottom, drop the bottom available monster into the box and leave next to the red deposit box. Drag the top one up and to the left, right next to the red box. Move the black box below up 2 right from the lower monster, separating a white box above. Move that white box left one and drag back next to the next monster, quickly pushing it into the box. 6 moves out of 7.
