You must lose at least once and retry (while losing score) to get the "overdose" medal.
Perfect Duo is just exactly what it seems to be.
anyone know how do i get the "obscure medal" and "it's a joke guys" in stealing the diamond??? i think that got something to do with the paintings but i cliked in 4 of them and did'nt get the medal

For "Obscure" you do have to click on all the paintings. I remember 6 paintings.
Sorry if any of these are wrong, I can't play the game right now, so these are just what I recall.
1. God - You see him right before you exit the building on the aggressive ending.
2. On the rush ending, right before you pick between the mace/shield/lance, you go by two paintings really quickly.
3. On the epic ending, during the robot scene, a painting is on the ground for about a second in plain view.
4. On the sneaky ending, using the pickaxe, there's a painting of Hitler right before you enter the building
5. There's a picture of the retarded llama (I believe) on the aggressive ending, IIRC, right before you enter the part where you pick the weapons.
Again, sorry if any of these are wrong. I can't play the flash at the moment.

Related: I went back to the game after the medals were approved, and I realized I failed to get the Failtastic medal. Because it was going to take some time to do it, I figured I'd mind as well get all the medals again for t3h lulz, since the game apparently doesn't save your medal progress. For some reason, I could not click on any of the first three pictures in the aggressive path, but the rest of the pictures worked. And by extension, the medal was unobtainable. Confirm/deny?

Hell Yeah medal is obtained for beating the game without dying. Uhn... What? medal is for if you fail the "no dying" criteria.

You have to finish without being 'overdosed'. And look at the 'Perfect Duo' medal picture. It should be pretty obvious.

I didn't get perfect duo when I got the gift medal. When I played the second time, I only bought the M4, then the minigun, no rifle or crossbow. I equipped my partner with the M4 and when I upgraded the power on the minigun, the medal pooped itself. Might have something to do with it if you bother buying those other two worthless guns.

The 100 pt Shellcore Commander medal might be only obtainable from tasks given to you from other shellcore peers, and not from the regular tasks you get from the battlecores/carriers in the Haven zones. That's my hypothesis anyways, after grinding for points and parts since the end of Haven 1. I personally got the medal from the shellcore in Sector 160-130.

You may be right. I have the medal now, having skipped those two worthless guns.
I bought all the guns, and got the medal when, with the minigun equipped, my partner maxed the M4.
