Yes, there are 60 in-game and 60 on NG. Perhaps the medal didn't send properly? Try clicking on the medal in the medal screen and seeing if it resends, Matt did it for EBF2, so it might be possible to do in this one.

If it doesn't I hope matt puts in the resend button soon. If all games had that I would probably have 800 more medal points. I really got robbed in primary. I got almost all the medals but didn't get them.
Medals are supposed to resend when you load a save, but that doesn't seem to be happening, since I'm still missing the Card Flipper medal.
I'm surprised they work at all to be honest, the API's changed quite a bit.

In news unrelated to everything in the last several months, Mechanical Commando 2 now tries to resend those two broken medals when you go to the level select screen. When I went there it only resent Mission Accomplished though, so I may have to get back in practice with that game and defeat the Boss Run again to get that one. I've sent the game's author a message letting him know that the other medal didn't resend, so hopefully since he fixed it once he'll fix it again.

There is one for beating the last boss, so that is the one for beating the game on normal mode.

Yeah but I guess it also counts if you just beat the last boss on hard
The "Berserker" medal was broken because I named the NG one "Berserk" by accident.
I've changed it but I don't know if that takes effect right away.
Berserker and Card Flipper medals work now.
"Card Flipper" didn't work because there was white space at the end of the name, awesome.
I can confirm that at least 56 medals work.
I just want to thank you matt-likes-swords for giving us this incredible game. I liked EBF 1 & 2, though I did feel they lacked a bit due to no 'free' roaming. I'm so damn happy you changed this for the 3rd one. I can't praise this game enough. You owe me several hours of my life though, more to come no doubt. Forget the medals, it's just damn fun to play.

We are not supposed to talk about secret medals. But I'll give you this hint. Just keep clicking, I know it took me a couple of minutes for the medal.

No. But you do need to get the treasures from the opening of tents, igloos, n' such, to get those medals.
In Epic Battle Fantasy 3 I am at the boss with the 5 pylons and the giant castle looking thing. I keep getting raped by the pylons , and when the boss does the charging lazor thing I get pwn hard... How can I interrupt that attack? I spam stunning bombs and even my golden dragon sword but it does not work at all...
Also what strategy do you use to survive the attacks? I keep losing 1 or 2 after the first attack thus I cant even get an attack off... I used the scanner to find weakness but I can't even get the boss pass 80% health without dieing..... Please help if you can....

Medals don't resend, yet anyways. Also, watch out for the connection established at the beginning of the game. I just played for a few hours this afternoon leveling up and looking around, got 6/7 medals and realized they never sent. I should have known better because I saw the ad above me failed to load, but I was so eager to start playing :(
How likely is it that we get a medal resend implemented matt? I don't want to start a new game just so my medals are in order.. Just started the igloo world so I can't get the octo medal again.

In Epos, where do you acquire the Ninja Signet and the Contingency Signet? Are they only available in Challenge mode? Because that would kind of suck for me, but it would also kind of make sense. I'm playing through normal first to get a feel for what's what, and so that wasting my skill points occasionally won't cripple my chances of success, so if you simply can't get all of them in normal mode I won't worry about them. However, if you can get them in normal, I'd like to know where so I can get that medal out of the way now and not worry about it in Challenge mode.

No worries. You can get all signets in normal mode. I believe the ninja signet is in the first shop for 50,000 - the spot you started on. The Contingency Signet is given to you after you defeat the last boss, Horn.

Medals or supposed to resend when saving or loading, can't remember which. I think it works because I managed to resend a medal I got earlier.
I've got all 60 medals in EBF3 now, so they all work for sure.
Sweet. The medal's do resend. I just got the 6/7 that I got yesterday. I just hit continue, saved, quit, and refreshed and they were there.

Even fewer worries, I had them both within 15 minutes of making that post. I found out from another website where the NInja Signet is, and you get the Contingency Signet from a random monster in Parder. All that's left to do now is train up so I can beat epicly difficult guy, take his Signet and get 2 medals for the kill. ...and then play again in Hard for the last medal. But all of that will come at another time, because I need to work now.

42/60 medals in EBF3.. playing in hard and already like o_o when those boulders go pew pew lazer 3x in a row in 1 turn when im not on full hp
