There's a pretty big hint in the medal description and the medal title ;
I thought giving a vague hint was alright. In the opening post Zerok asks people to be 'vague at best', which I think my comment to him was. Also, people can always look at the medal description and title from other peoples profiles if they wanna know more about the secret medals, so I didn't actually give him that much of a hint.
But yeah, it was a bitch to get.

Never mind, I figured out what it had to be and I was right. The order of the game poster's medals was my clue. And holy crap was that hard. If it were any less than 100 points I'd have not been pleased.

This is going to be late, as most people who read here probably already have all of the medals by now, but Pixel Purge was pretty fun to beat 100%. For a small tip that'll only help some people out, if you can make the game lag, you can shoot enemies easier. I currently have the 2nd highest score today, 10th highest of all time, but it's mostly due to my crappy computer and me not realizing how much life enemies took out. Still, if you can increase the amount of items on screen such as bullets or dropped pixels, then it'll help slow the game down enough for you to aim at different angles.
