I don't understand why you fall running up a ramp and end up rolling instead of running down one. Doesn't seem right.

Sorry for being Captain Obvious....l would suggest leaving the game be though, as soon as l start playing it l get pissed off and just quit playing...it's so damn hard, but inthe wrong way (glitchy and non-fair type of hard).

Bomb diggity is a game I no longer have any willingness to play due to how hard it is. I could probably get 4 more medals for it, but it's just not worth the time and frustration. Too many games hit this list for me.

I'm playing it because I have no other games left to play where I could get medals. Drop the Bomb is even worse than Bomb Diggity and the two missing medals in Kill Kar and Fig.8 are glitched so I'm unable to get them.

Also, do the medals in Hover Bot count on NG as points?Cos they do count on NGlogs but not on NG :(

This game's pretty funny, was frustrating at first, but I've gotten the hang of the controls.

Though I'm only playing on easy the now, so can't comment about the harder medals.

Did anybody else find the glitch in World 3 / Level 2? Right at the beginning, if you run right, then jump up a level, then run to the left and jump into that fish mouth. If you do this and hold up, you'll appear at the top of the pole everytime. I tried going left and jumping down (hoping it would give me the long fall medal) but you just float for a minute and then you need to restart.

it's a fun game, hard while you don't get used to the controls.
but i'll only play again when the medals start working.

But don't worry about the long fall medal, you'll get it easily in the Seppuku Tower.

I just found out that the place where this happened to me was World 3 Level 2 too, the fish head at the beginning. I think you have to fall head first (tumble and fall) to get the medal, maybe you just jumped down feet first?

Yeah, they are working. It seems to be a fine enough and pretty hard game.

I have noticed that each jump you make is different. Sometimes jumps just don't seem to take you high enough. Which seems to slow you down, because if you don't get the right sized jump, even if your head is over the ledge, you can't latch on. I have also experienced the falling glitch.

I jumped onto the fish head thinking it was something special and ended up at the top of the map and jumped off thinking it was for the medal ( which probably can be done there if you cause yourself to fall off of it). I have also started outside of maps for a few maps. Also, sometimes when playing a level, there will be a vital part of the level which seems to always make you fall when trying to use it. Making the level impossible. But when I restart, it works fine.

As for difficulty, I have got GOLD on everything for normal mode except for 5 of the stages on level 4, which stand at silver while doing my best. I have completed a few stages while only falling once and still get an average time of silver. I got 54 seconds on the level with 14 blue boxes, and it was only silver. I think I may have slowed down at one part where I failed to climb a ledge, but that took around a second.

Well if we only need gold on every level, it might be much easier than I originally thought to get those medals lol. I think everyone thought they had to get platinum medals on every level ha ha.

Stage 1-4 are cake. Those are the easy levels that take around 2 plays to beat. Most of those plays only took the first try for me. Wait until you get to stage 5. You won't even be worried about getting gold. You'll be angry just trying to finish it.

I have tried hard mode now. I am currently on 3-2. I get to an easy part but instantly fall every time on a while climb. As soon as I hit the wall, my character does some odd downward spiral is if I just fell of some high ledge, and in reality, all I am doing is running up to a wall to climb it.

i cannot, no matter what, earn gold in the first three levels in stage 5
my arm and my fingers are hurting like hell, damn.
i also think i won't try hard mode. i've tried it before. good lord... earning all platinum there is going to be DD tough.

Yea I'll be able to use that as soon as my ps2 to usb controller adapter comes in.

I have an old PC controller lying around (from when i used to play NHL 99 on the PC, man that game was great) but I couldn't get it to work with anything here :( I'm considering buying one.

Also, this game isn't as hard as it seemed at first glance. It's not like you have to do each level in a row like alkie kong. Actually kinda feels like cheating since my comp is a little older and runs slower on high quality, giving me a bit of an edge I think hah.

is there any way to "resend" the tutorial medal? i got it when the game was still broken and now i can't get it again.

When the medals were fixed, the save game data reset, so it should work just fine if you clear your cache. I had obtained like three medals when it was broken, and when I reloaded the game, I started from the beginning again.

Ok, seriously, what?That game is FAR too realistic with all the falling and sliding and failed jumping...l'd rather do all the stuff that guy makes in the game myself...one mistake screws up everything, and there are bound to be mistakes with a game like this...and l am playing on Easy, 3rd stage...this is just wrong...

I agree. I however didn't feel this until medium mode. Now I am on 5-3 of hard mode, and one mistake will ruin you. It doesn't even have to be a fall.

If you start the match and don't get off the line quick enough, restart. If you make a bad jump and hit a ledge and have to climb instead of just jumping on it, restart. If your slide isn't perfect and you can't chain it instantly together with run several times in a row, restart.

I mean, there is a little bit of room for error in some of the levels, but in some of them, you have to do it perfectly or no cigar. I can't tell you how many times I have exploded with the finish line being two steps away.

Hard mode is timed BTW. You explode when your timer runs out. And they even added more obstacles for you.
