Yeah it would appear that the difference between the total here and the difference between logs is exactly 1000. And the difference between me and krevs is 110 points which is exactly the 3 medals from shift. Havn't tried those medals in a few weeks, maybe i'll give it a try.

Can you make a video of it? I have no idea how I should split the scorpions with hundreds of skeletons behind my ass.

I have my first final today from 2-4.. Maybe after though? It'll be the first video I've ever made for a game, but it won't be that accurate because I'm a Level 49 now and I was probably like a 36 or 37 back then.. Not to mention I just beat the game, so I start all the way back at Camp Site Level 1.. We'll see though. What video recording software do you suggest I use if I do it?

What you should do first is immediately run down and to the left at the start, if you're lucky your mage won't die right away too, because despite popular belief she actually isn't that weak and will help speed things up by like 30%. Use a weapon with knockback so you keep pushing back the skeletons and giants into walls or obstacles (staying at a good distance so they don't hit you but you keep hitting them back into the wall.. or if they even hit you it doesn't matter cause they'll freeze and you'll have regen all the way upgraded by then and hopefully some weapons with health steal).

For scorpions just keep their shots diverted away from your team and only aimed at you. If you're good at maneuvering around without drawing too many enemies for you to handle onto the screen, the best way to take care of scorpions (and everyone actually) is to get them trapped between you and your dragon, where you two will continuously be knocking them back and forth for major damage and sometimes this causes them to even glitch and not attack cause they get thrown around so much.

Chances are your mage will die cause she's stupid and follows literally right behind you most of the time and scorpions kill her pretty damn fast. If you're patient and want to play it really safe you can lure a few guys into a group at the edge of your screen (after the initial battle when you run down and left to get away from everything) and let your dragon just fire away at them for awhile.

I'll let you know if I decide to make a video for it tonight, but I have another final tomorrow and one I have to take by Friday so the video might not come until this weekend. Again, it will look way easier on mine though because of my high level and magic stats, but the basic principals for the level remain the same, just I'll have more health, take less damage, and do more damage. So play it safe and run when you or your teammates need to to regenerate health and use the enemies off-screen "no movement" to your advantage.

I've found the fastest way to level in the history of gaming: In Dragon Boy, just keep doing Stone Head over and over again, using your mage's Mystic Orb to kill everything from the starting position. I've gone from level 10 to level 21 in about 20 minutes, and it only took that long because Mystic Orb was very low level when I started out. I'm now levelling every 3 visits, taking just over a minute per level. When it takes 4 visits to level, it'll take as long as a minute and a half per level.

Not the most exciting way to play the game, but possibly the most efficient time-wise. Also, Hill-top level 8 is great for farming because of the Revivers. You also get experience when a revived enemy dies, so you can just keep killing them over and over, picking up their drops and getting experience each time until your Mystic Orb kills the Revivers, and then do it all over again. Really fast money earning and dragon growth there.

I might be the only person who's going to legitimately get the full grown dragon before beating Goliath. How much health do I need to get him to?

I used the same exact strategy, it makes the game way easier leveling up early too. Good luck with the game!

Ya I found that Wylo's "best way to gain experience" levels aren't that accurate. Doing mini-bosses and redoing bosses seems to be the most efficient way to gain experience fast. Although Shrum runs are the best way for later levels on Hard Mode definitely.

Second Level on the training area actually gives the most after level 40 or someit. I measured pixel-by-pixel.

I got my dragon maxed before the second boss, but I know to farm early on in those types of games, and buy 'food' from the merchant.

Has anybody realised a big huge add-on on Time Fcuk?

Hmmm. Its not hard to miss actually. Hehe. The addition of a cool bit to show you were all the user generated levels are, and what they look like!

Sorry I didn't make it sooner!! It only took so long cause I didn't play the game until like 2 days ago.. Next time I'll try to be more prompt with it. =)

Honestly, it was the single most boring medal game I've seen yet, and I literally won it by walking aimlessly until I saw that I had both parts of the pick. The only real "trick" is to make sure you go all the way to the end of the screen when you reach the end of a path.

Also I'm writing up a bunch of gameplay tips for Dragon Boy, which I'll set up as a news post on my profile. Wayne, I'm including that list of the best items and giving you credit for compiling it. Right now, though, I'm coding a website while my dragon levels me up in the background. Maybe I'll take a nap while it continues doing it...

Whoa, that's great! It seems that the new level-sharing API is really taking off, hope it gets used in more submissions, can't wait to see what's capable with this.

Try this to get the merlin's apprentice medal in dragon boy. Finish the game with one skill point still available. So level up before you finish the game and don't add a skill. I think that was a bug that allowed me to get the medal. I was level 49, killed the final boss on hard, and then it showed I had merlin's apprentice. I checked my stats and I had forgotten to use the skill point from my last level up.

He's still missing Marathon Grill, too. Speaking of which, does anyone know if there's a way to get that without having the game glitch? I got it by having it glitch out on me such that it kept giving me questions without giving me points for answering them. Old game, I know, but still... curious.

Does anyone have any advice for Oh Snap on Hard? If I could just get to a spot that doesn't have scorpions I'd be okay, but they're everywhere and I can't herd them because they all fire at different times. I'm using the top-tier axe, top-tier mace, and second-top tier everything else, and I'm level 47.

Nah, I got with the glitch, otherwise you just have to be amazingly lucky and get only really low numbers...

Got it with the glitch and without, but definitely glitch first. If anyone has questions on how to glitch the game it's fairly simple, just PM me.

If you look above your post you'll see 3 huge chunks of text from me, that's the best advice I can give without actually replaying the level or making a video walkthrough. Honestly, that level just takes patience, just like most of the levels on Hard. Although, if you're a level 47 it should be fairly easy.. Save for the fact that you can't get all the best gear, but neither could anyone else at that stage.. Just run to the bottom left at the beginning and go from there. Skeletons are pussies and the giants really aren't that bad. For scorpions just make sure they're only shooting in your direction and not at you and the rest of your party. If you really need help just buy some food and heal yourself while the scorpion attacks you but you should be able to take on a scorpion 1-1 even with other guys around you with your Regen being maxed and some Health Steal stats on your weapons..

Seriously, it's all about patience.

Somehow I missed responding to this before, but it's not just how much EXPERIENCE you get each level, but also how much TIME you take each level to get that experience, and from my observations Shrum runs seem to be the most efficient for that, taking far less time than anything else and giving you almost the most experience per level. Thus, making it the most efficient for experience farming on Hard at a high level.

Or you do what's been said in this thread many times before, just play a few times without closing the game, and it starts to glitch. NO tricks needed.

Well, I'm glad I backed up my game data on Dragon Boy, because I've had the game open for 12 hours now and my Merlin's Apprentice medal didn't register. So now I get to come back at it another day starting at the bottom of level 48, which is fine because let's face it, it doesn't take that long to get a level when you're running Training Grounds Level 2. I've found that at level 48 the Shroom runs really don't get me anything, so Training Grounds it is.

And that's me for the night.

so i beat hard before i got merlins apprentice, now everytime i close the game i lose any exp and gold i have. My way around this is to make sure i level before closing the game, then i just start with no exp towards whatever the next level is. now the issue is, everytime i try to grind, at some point one monster on the screen just stops moving and i can't hit it or beat the level. any suggestions?

Your lost of exp and gold happens at any point in the game when you close out, kind of lame...

As far as having one of the enemies freeze out, that's just a bug of the game, you should change level to level up on. It happened to me in one of the cemetary levels, I had the same shrum always do that to me.

You always lose all experience and gold you have, just need to make sure you level before closing, like you said. Even at level 3 that's the case.

As for monsters getting stuck, I've only had that happen once, and I solved it by moving. You move out of the way and its AI resets or something, and you can go at it again.

I searched the forums and couldn't find anything.

I know Lastman is an older game
and I also know that secret medals aren't supposed to be revealed here.

But I beat the game (finally...) and I know how to achieve the secret medal, but I can neven begin the trail back towards home without dying before I leave the boss area.

Can someone please pm me and help me out?
