Never mind I got it, but definitely one of the hardest levels out there. The colors play tricks with your mind and at 'Night' some of the blocks and spikes you can go through and change but aren't noticaeably different. I got it though so now worries. Haha

Sadly, I don't think any games with broken medals are going to get their medals removed/fixed if Fear Unlimited can get its medals back. Is it even any different from before?
I personally see no difference, same bugs as ever before, even the infinite medal loop when you go back into the game and switch levels.

i think from playing it through again you need to
A) use the chainsaw on the body on the wall to get the face rape... but you need to use all of its power
B) when your thrown across into the person counting down the press ups... kill everyone else apart from the guys doing pressups...
im going to give this a try now... :3

You get Facerape by killing the giant character with the chainsaw. In the room after you get the chainsaw, don't jump down immediately.

Actually, the game won't let you go forward unless you kill them too. If you're talking about the Pacifist medal, you get it by letting the clown live at the end.
