Naw, they don't work yet, but the ASF are.
And they are really easy if you have a WK...to bad there are no secret or "special" medals, only story-based ones...

Just got all the medals for Another Small Favor as well. It was pretty easy and I´m glad you don´t have to play through the game 8 times or so like you had to do with A Small Favor.

People just like to make walkthroughs that are easy to make and if there are already walkthroughs its even easier.
He's in the tailor. You need to get a green snail (or whatever it's called in-game) and give it to the tailor.
He should be at that fashion place thing, where the tailor is. In the left-up corner.

I think the same. I have almost 6000% armor at the moment and am only at level 2. The end of the armor bar isn´t even on screen anymore and I don´t think that´s normal or intended.
