I recently just whistled a flash called "N**** stole my bike" which was a movie that basically just had said name in really big text. I flagged it as hateful. But when I looked in the obituaries I saw it was blammed and not flagged when it definantly should have. Do I get a loss of whistle points for this or will it just stay the same.
You won't lose whistle point, you only lose whistle points if a moderator checks it out and finds it to not be abusive.

Moderators don't check up on whistled flash, only admins do.
Btw:
If the whistle is blown on a movie that goes on to be blammed, how is this counted?
The user gets that whistle point for it.
