Because if it's displayed people will vote according to if it looks like it's going to survive or not in order to get blam/protect points.

But you didn't see the score until after you voted.

As I said earlier, the effect of visuable scores after you've voted was that people were telling their Newgrounds friends what the score was, so everyone surely could get a blam/save point.
Through this, people voted to get their blam/save point. Not to voice their opinion.
Yes but it's only a small amount of votes that decide whether a flash survives or not, so people telling their newgrounds friends wouldn't really matter unless they were all on at the same time.

Er, the smaller the amount of votes who decide whether a submission is blammed or corresponding, the more does a few unfair votes affect the score of a submission. Especially since those who know a lot of other members also are those who have a high voting power.
And don't fool yourself, myself for instance have loads of people I know online all the time.

This is stupid, I can just check the most recent review to get an idea of what the submissions score is.
So for example say it's Clock Day and the last 5 UJ submissions you voted on all had a most recent review with an overall score of 10. Doesn't that give the same effect as seeing how much you changed the score and if you'll get the point or not?
I would like the old system back.

Yeah, except when there isn't yet a review or when a flash group has made the movie and some obvious, for example, Clock Crew hater has made the review. Or when somone else from the Clock Crew has made the review with a perfect ten.

No, since it most probably would be another Clock Crew member who had made the review.
Bad example by the way because we don't need to see the scores to understand that a submission on Clock Day would be protected.

You what? One frame pieces of shit were being protected left right and centre, even if they had nothing to do with clocks (like most things that day since the Clock Crew has been dead for ages). I didn't get a single blam point last CD.

The way I look at it is hiding the submissions score was to keep people from knowing what was passing and what was being blammed that day, ahead of time.
Everyone who pays attention to the portal knows which submissions will pass even though they technically shouldn't. For example a submission on Clock Day.
I just think theres too many flaws in hiding the score because theres so many other ways to see what's passing on that special day and what's being blammed.
Say Tom did remove the most recent review then people could just look at the 50 most recent to see the outcome of the submissions and what's next? Remove the 50 most recent? Then people could just look in their profiles and take note of what stats are rising and which arn't. Then what? Hide their profile stats?
People will find a way to see what's passing and what's being blammed unless everything is hidden which would defeat the purpose. So I think of hiding the score is pointless and just taking away something that alot of members want back...

Yeah, so people wouldn't be able to surely tell their friends who yet hadn't voted whether the submission would be blammed or saved.

Yeah, most of us who blams/saves a lot know whether a submission will pass or not, but first off, it isn't only we who votes oftenly who votes. And secondly, we still can't be hundred percent on each submission.

Well that doesn't mean we should make it easier.

Eh, what different would it make? Then why do you try to be witty?

The reason to why you can see the reviews being made is also so people can express their opinion in public about a submission. It is not good to take that away.
Also, the rest of your arguments are so idiotic so I won't care to respond to them. You obviously didn't even read my entire last post I made to you, so whatever.

Please. The problem was that you could see the outcome during judgement. Whether you can see it afterwards or not doesn't matter at all.
