Mod Applications Test

Now this is mearly an idea JUST AN IDEA I've been playing around with. I've thought this would be pretty benifictal to the forums.

Now Don't get me wrong! I love the mods and what they do and thought it's a good system mods selecting other people to be mods and so forth.

But lets face it some times we make mistakes and not choose the right mods not neccissarly abusive mods but mods that are never on or maby don't know much more about the bbs then a Mondan user. Also just because someone chooses a mod dosn't mean they'd be geniuses on the forums.

A test has always been great way to well, test people wether just a school test a test to see if you made it college ect. So I ask you why not a successful way to be a mod why not have somthing to prove your worth it and further more why not improve our bbs.

Now if you don't like the idea fine. It's alright and really it's only the begginig I know this is crap to use so if it's ever used it'd be like a 100+ qestions and by the admins but just to propose an idea here's the test

No. If Wade actually goes through with this, people will ansewer all the questions right and then abuse their powers. And not only that, but the forum would be flooded with idiots who passed the test, but don't go on NG. NG is already facing a slight scarcity with mods since most of them left or don't go on NG very much. And not only that, but, Wade would have to deal with more work, since more mods mean more demodding and power abuse. Nice try though.

While I apprictate the critisim I would like to remind you this isn't and no way in hell the finished test but a very very basic prototipe.

Also it would have other features like a time limit (like for a half hour)
and deactivation of rules usage while the test is on.
Rules against leaking the anwsers and be much more persinal with more self essays

and might I remind you this is a mods APPLICATIONS test meaning even if you pass that still dosn't your automaticly a mod but are eligible to become one. Think of it as an newgrounds S.A.T.

Anyway, the test was a wank, I, or matter of fact, anyone who has been on the ng for over a month could complete it with a nail thourgh their skulls. The current system is oligarchy of the admins and mods, and lets face it, it's the only way you can make it work online.

Other than serving for a fine display of comedic value, this test is completely asinine in nature. When choosing a potential mod candidate, I can quite assure you knowledge of NG comes squarely into the arena, but a lack thereof should never prevail over the other qualities we look for. Okay I'd exected to be rejected at first but right now that doesn't matter. By the way I'd help if you did constructive critism insted of coming to the topic and going "YOUR TEST SUCKS!" While I agree with you you can help by offering suggestions to make the test better.

And a suggestion not a "here's a suggestion, DON'T THINK OF ANY IDEAS!" type of suggestion but something to actully help the test out.
