I see somthing called a batting average, but i have no idea what it is, is it like the score for your reviews or somthing i have no idea if anyone can point me help me?
It's actually an average score of three or more flashes you have listed on your flash list (if you have three or more flashes mentioned on your profile). Look here for more information.
Batting Average is the average score of all your flash submissions.
You have to have a minimum of 3 in order to have a batting average.

What is a batting average? Where does it come from?
A: A user's batting average is a grade-expression of his average score on submitted movies. Users who have submitted no content or fewer than 3 flash movies/games have no batting average (If displayed at all, it is displayed as [NEW]). Posts, experience, blams/protects, and popularity do not factor into one's batting average.
Q: What are the points required for each grade?
A: The batting averages are calculated as a percentage of the top batting average (you can see the users with the highest batting averages here). Therefore, if the person with the highest batting average uploads a new submission that bumps his average up significantly, the requirements for each grade will increase. If the top batting average score decreases, the number of points required to achieve each grade will diminish.

The batting average is the average for all your protected flashes in case you have AT LEAST THREE of them.
One more thing to add: if your batting average is not less than 3.44/5.00, you will get an A+. Go for it!
