Im pretty sure people on level 20 and stuff dont get banned in the BBS so what and who do you think is the highest exp user to get banned?

When you have the attention span to vote on movies that much, they are usually mature enough to prevent themselves from getting banned.

The reason why most high users dont get banned is probably because they have been here long enough to know what not to post. This doesn't mean they are immune, and I'm sure there are high level users who spam and get banned.
Alot of the time mods make spam topics, can they and do they get banned?

I think mods can ban other mods for breaking the rules. I belive it has been known to happen. Also I'm sure the admins can ban mods aswell, but I don't think anyone can ban the admins (maybe the admins can ban eachother, I don't know).

In general they are more mature because they rate movies, have been on newgrounds for a long time, and in general behave themselves.

It's not the level, it's plain old favoritism. Everyone hates me, thus I get banned regularly, even without proper reason via the BBS rules.

The users who have high experience are most likely older- therefore probably a bit more mature then say the the lower level people who would be that bit younger and who are more likely to post spam.
Also the higher lv people have been here for more years then the rest of us and therefore have more respect for NG and the BBS..

I havn't seen a high level user getting banned, although I'm sure they can still get banned from the BBS.

Mopsicle is spamming atleast as much as the spamming low leveled people.
He has been here longer, therefor he should know better.
