What's happening to me? I can't vote on ANYTHING!

I'm logged in as this account, and everything I vote on returns me an error message saying that I've already voted. This has continued for almost a day now.

Now I'm losing all my chances of blam/protect points!

This is my main NG account, but I post Clock Flash as BoltClock and co-author myself sometimes.

I vote, review and post in the BBS under this account.

Someone with the same IP as you has voted today.

If it does this on all the movies you vote on it might be best to e-mail Wade about this, I have had this glitch a few times but never more than 1 or 2 times a day.

Well I try to vote on a movie as soon as it appears but it still shows the error message.

I'm very sure as I didn't gain any b/p from all those movies I can't seem to vote on.

This doesn't have anything to do with this conversation. Please read the topic.

This happens when somebody with the same IP as you votes on a movie before you did. It often happens to people with AOL, or in my case NTL. I got round the problem by using a proxy server. Now I can vote to my hearts content without that error message popping up.

It can't be. The second a movie appears I test this bug and it gives me the error message again.

I don't use AOL. I'm from Singapore.

Sorry for double-post.

Just use a proxy server, if that doesn't solve the problem email liljim.

Here is a good list of proxy servers, just pick one that is near you. You may need to try a few before you find one that works for you.

If you are using Firefox:

Tools > Options > General > Connection settings > Manual proxy configuration > Enter the proxy data into the top row > Tick the box to use the proxy for all protocals

If you are using Internet Explorer:

Tools > Internet Options > Connections Tab > Lan Settings > Untick automatically detect settings (This may not do anything to help you, it is just how I have it) > Tick "Use proxy for your LAN" > Click advanced > Enter the proxy data into the top row > Tick the box to use proxy server for all protocals
