You're probably better off getting a book than doing intenet tutorials, but some of these links might help you. If by 'cartoonist' you mean animation rather than just the drawing aspect of it, there's a book called The Animators Survival Guide which is awesome when it comes to animating in a cartoonish style, or even just general animation. It's by Richard WIlliams who had a lot to do with animating Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
