Listen, if I see a guy posting artwork BUT their artwork has clashing artstyles in their profile, you gotta check if it's stolen, because I've seen this guy, who I assume didn't read the Art guidelines, think they can post whatever art they want, regardless of art that THEY made. I flagged those submissions because they were clearly stolen because their "original" artwork was just dogshit edits of Lego characters, while the stolen artwork look waaay better than the "original" artwork.

What are the minimum requirements for getting recruited?

The ROTC Program requires reaching Portal Security (400 B/P minimum) and having a Normal whistle or higher (i.e. not Garbage).

Becoming a full Barracks member* requires reaching Private (2.5k B/P minimum) and getting a Bronze whistle or higher.

Getting Bronze isn't particularly hard - I myself got to Bronze less than half a year after making my account.

*ROTC members are still considered members
