Always second... the animation itself was even done by people in my group who actually do things for one piece, Jujitsu Kaisen and others.

It just seems like we just can't keep up...

the Doctor Goode cartoons were collabs, one is as an animator and the others as VAs

the only 1st place that was from my team (or me personally) was the Pokemon Colosseum AMV we made (we had to remake that due to someone stealing art from another and had to reupload, we terminated the offender from our group due to that)

so most of the trophies that was 1st was because of use being part of a collab as opposed to our own skillset.

Yeah but you still got that trophy! Besides, it doesn't matter if you get a NG trophy from a collab or your original work because there will always be some popular artist who gets a much higher score, exposure, view count etc. regardless of the quality of the submission.

i know, just kinda of a gut punch that a studio level animation gets second is all. no disrespect to #1 and i'm sure the animator put a lot of effort for the smiling friends cartoon and the efforts to make it resemble close to the original show.

We have 100% original music, high lvl Voice acting, fantastical backgrounds, dynamic angling and visuals, storytelling and a really interesting cliffhanger.

it just me kinda moping about is all. but i mean no fowl in that regards. we want all to excel on newgrounds, esp the new bloods who never got their chance to show there skill, or underappreciated to gain the audience they deserve
